We want you to be 100% satisfied with your AQUA MODESTA swimwear and ACTIVE MODESTA sportswear. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide you with an exchange /refund of your order within 18 days of the date of purchase.
   

Guidelines

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Authorization must be done by us: via email: customerservice@aquamodesta.net or by calling: 718-810-2422

To exchange: You may exchange the products for a different size and color. ONE FREE EXCHANGE IS INCLUDED WITH EVERY ORDER. For subsequent exchanges you need to pay a shipping fee of 8.00 dollars within tri-state area and 13.00 for all other states within United States only. For International exchanges the fee is 28 dollars. If you require expedited service other than Standard Shipping or International Standard Shipping for your exchange, additional shipping fees will apply.

First, determine the difference in cost between the original items purchased and the replacement. Add the shipping fee if applicable.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in "as received" condition, with tags and liners in place. Items that are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in any other than "as received" condition cannot be returned and no credits will be issued.  You may choose any shipping method to exchange your merchandise. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.  We are not responsible for lost packages, so please insure your package, if you want to eliminate this risk. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. In the event that we cannot provide you with an exact replacement, you can return it to us for a refund.

Please take care of the swimwear you purchased by washing it properly. All swimwear needs to be washed separately in mild detergent by hand after every use. Do not use bleach.  Hand wash it and hang dry on a flat clean surface. Do not wring or twist the fabric. Do not use it in overchlorinated waters or in jacuzzis. It may be worn in any pool that is not overchlorinated and in any ocean around the world, as long as it is not polluted. You may even place the mud of the Dead Sea on it. Swimwear is not a natural fiber therefore it does not absorb not the water and not the heat. Please take care of it properly to maximize its use for many seasons. Use it in good health always!
